At DOSSEVISU Wholesale, we aim to ensure every order meets your expectations. If something isn’t right, our 30-day return policy keeps the process simple and clear.
Eligibility & Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Only purchases made directly on www.dossevisu.com are eligible. Items purchased elsewhere must be returned to the original seller.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, tags, and inserts. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: items purchased outside www.dossevisu.com, FINAL SALE items, products discounted 30% or more, customized items, complimentary gifts, and gift cards.
Return Costs
All returns include a $3 restocking fee. If you use our prepaid label, an additional $10 shipping fee will be deducted. If you use your own carrier, only the $3 restocking fee applies.
How to Return an Item
Please submit your return request within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, you may choose one of the following options:
- Option 1 — Use Our Prepaid Label
You will receive a prepaid return label via email. A $10 shipping deduction plus the $3 restocking fee will apply.
- Option 2 — Use Your Own Carrier
You may return the item using any shipping service of your choice. Only the $3 restocking fee will be deducted. Please use a trackable service and provide the tracking number.
International Returns
Prepaid return labels are available only for U.S. domestic orders. International customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
Refund Processing
Returns are processed within 5 business days after reaching our warehouse. Items will be inspected, and refunds will follow depending on your payment provider’s processing timeline.
Exchanges
Submit your exchange request within 30 days. After approval, return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund according to our policy.
Important Notice
Please do not send back any items without an approved return or exchange request.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. If the 2-hour window is missed, you may request a return after receiving your order.
